Biography
In this capacity, Samuel established Danaher Ventures’ practice in China, subsequently broadening Danaher Ventures’ activities into key innovation ecosystems across Asia. Along with localizing Danaher Ventures in strategic markets across Asia, Samuel is also responsible for shaping and implementing science and technology strategies and directions on a region-wide scale in Asia. Samuel holds board positions in various life sciences and diagnostics companies.
Prior to joining Danaher in 2018, Samuel held positions of increasing responsibilities at Thermo Fisher Scientific and KLA, completing M&A and VC transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Samuel holds MS and PhD degrees in biochemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
